All agents must register their buyer(s) by completing our online Pre-Registration Form prior to their buyer(s) first visit to any Smart Dwellings home.
At Smart Dwellings, we appreciate agents and work to provide great value for your clients as well as reward you for selling a Smart Dwellings home. Our New Home Specialists are specifically trained in new home sales. Whether your buyer(s) prefer an existing new home or a personalized new home built just for them, we are here to guide you and your client(s) through the buying process.
At Smart Dwellings you will find that our process is:
- Easy: Simply pre-register your buyer(s) to protect your commission. Once registration is complete, your job is done. No additional meetings and/or phone calls are required at all.
- Fast: No waiting for your commission! Commission is paid upfront in full for to-be-built homes.
- Profitable: Earn 2% on new homes valued from $250k+.
