So you want to build a house. Congratulations!! That's great! But now what?

We all need a little figurative "hand-holding" sometimes, and we're here to help!

STEP 1 Simply reach out in the way most convenient to you.

You may:

  •  Call or text us at 307.364.3082
  •  Fill out a Contact Us/Registration Form anywhere on the website
  • Come to one of our model homes or our design center during business hours.
  • Write us a fun letter in the actual mail. (Nobody has ever done this, but it would totally work.)

Step 2: A New Home Specialist will get in touch with you!

One of us will reach out to you, and set up an appointment to meet in person at the office most convenient for you. Although it's more fun to meet in person, we also offer virtual video conferencing if traveling is a concern.

Step 3: Discovery

We meet and talk about your needs and find out what is important to you! We discuss lending options, look at floor plans, and review ballpark figures of your expected investment. We really want to understand your "why" behind your move.

Step 4: Set follow-up appointments

Based on your circumstances, your New Home Specialist will set follow-up appointments to select a floor plan, solidify where we are building, and move forward with an agreement. Our number #1 goal is to make this easy and enjoyable for you. We're here to help and guide you through and love getting to know you on a personal level so we can more fully understand what you're looking for.  We might even ask what your dog's name is. :)

It's really that easy to get started. We can help you find a trustworthy lender - we can even go with you to an appointment with them! I promise we are here for you every step of the way. Building a home isn't always easy, but we are here to answer all your questions and reassure you along the way.
