We can build any of our standard plans on your lot with the same easy sales process we offer on all our homes, at a lower cost to you than a typical custom home builder.  We have several great lending partners who will qualify you for a construction loan that converts to permanent loan at completion, saving you thousands in financing costs.    We’ll submit 5-6 draws along the way at prearranged points, paid to us directly by the bank for minimum hassle to you.  All work completed by Smart Dwellings is covered by the same Worry-free Warranty we offer to all our customers.  For ambitious & skilled homeowners who want to save even more, we’ll let you complete approved work on your home to help you build sweat equity in your home.  Building on your lot typically requires a more significant upfront investment of at least 10% down payment or equity, so it is not available for FHA, VA or RD loan buyers.  We can also build on a homesite where an existing home will be demolished first by the homeowner or demolition contractor.   Because we are 100% focused on delivering a delightful new home experience, we do not offer renovation or addition services to existing homes.   Click Contact us to submit your information to start your New Home Experience today.
