How does financing work when building with Smart Dwellings on your own homesite?

Our preferred lenders offer simple 1-time closing options for building your home that work for many homeowners. A traditional construction loan is another option. With a traditional construction loan, most banks require cash down or equity in your land to secure financing - often 20% of the total investment for your finished home.
